Come join our marketing team! We are seeking a high energy Senior Marketing Specialist for our Commercial & Industrial marketing team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing B2B online and offline campaign strategies, managing budgets, analyzing marketing metrics and assisting the field Sales team in booking new business. In this hands-on role, they will develop strategic vision while also executing tactical activities to get the job done. Key aspects of the role include email marketing, social media marketing, sales collateral creation, copywriting and marketing data manipulation. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, offering insights and solutions to achieve sales targets. This position reports to the Director of C&I Marketing.

· Must have demonstrated strong written and communication skills.

· Content Management System and Marketing Automation experience required.

· Ability to create and analyze reports from a database to draw conclusions.

· Experience with developing and managing to a budget.

· Experience with SalesForce preferred.

Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for developing marketing plans and content for new and existing projects. Individuals evaluate product information based on research from conducting competitive evaluations. This position manages short-term marketing projects and special initiatives. Employees are responsible for the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new and emerging products, technologies, and/or applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Translates complex concepts and solutions into multiple types of internal and customer facing documents

· Develops profile of target customers, compelling positioning, and value proposition and selling tools for existing and new products and services

· Performs competitive analysis to evaluate product capabilities, pricing, promotion, and distribution and analyzes how these impact market share

· Recommends and implements changes to collateral, campaign, and web content required to be competitive

· Creates and maintains user documentation (manuals and user quick reference guides) for a variety suite of products and services

· Conducts Request for Proposal (RFP) review, breakdown, analysis, and creation of specific internal assignments

· Creates writing outlines to ensure compliant and comprehensive proposal response

· Performs substantive editing and copyediting on all written deliverables (edit for content, clarity, grammar, brevity)

· Works with department leads to create internal training documentation including: quick reference guides, job aids, and training presentations for users on newly developed products and services

· Consults internally on product messaging and develops campaigns to drive results

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned
