Position Specific Description

The fulltime principal role for real-time systems development and support requires a solid ability to balance project workload, delivering projects on time while addressing critical production support issues. Knowledge sharing skills are key to ensure technical skills are always improving and consistent across the team. Ability to take on different roles supporting multiple high-priority projects, providing guidance to team members, designing and developing systems, strengthening the CI/CD pipeline, and resolving many high-impact issues. Solid skills in ASP.Net Core, C#, Web API, Angular 7+, Node JS, Entity Framework 5, Window Server 2019, OOPS, Scrum, Agile, DevOps CI/CD, Performance tuning, SSIS, Webforms, Winforms, MS Visual Studio.NET, LINQ, JQuery, XML, JavaScript, IIS 10.0, SQL Server 2019, HTML 5, DHTML, CSS, Jira, Bitbucket, and Octopus are required for this position. The ability to perform the following tasks are critical:

  • Integrate 3rd party applications and automate simulations.

  • Architect, Design, Develop and maintain complex applications using ASP.NET and C#.NET on Framework 4.5

  • Learn NEET business and help build technical team and solution from scratch.

  • Implemented Business rules in different Activities UI, Workflows, Import/Export Data Job Service.

  • Created Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes/Clustered Index Objects

  • Performance Fine-tuning SQL Server 2019

  • Code is written in C#,, javascript, jQuery, SQL Server 2016 as backend

  • Used the Asynchronous programming features of .NET

  • Documented Work Flow, Development Process, Implementation of Business Rules.

  • Work with Bitbucket as the source for version control and project/issue management

  • Enhance the user experience by designing new web features using Entity Framework, Angular 7 , HTML, Mat tables, and JavaScript

  • Designed and implemented web-based front end User Interface with help of ASP.NET, JQuery, and HTML5, Ajax Controls, CSS, and business logic using C #

  • Gather requirements for business and suggest alternatives.

  • Create Jira task and assign it to the team.

  • Collaborate with Off-shore team, assign tasks, explain requirements, suggest technology, guide thru logic and do code review.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systems

• Applies appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology to manage development activities

• Automates the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps)

• Participates in the change management and service ticket management processes including receiving, resolution monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Leads projects when needed and builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered

• Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex problems

• Designs, develops, and tests experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and time frames

• Ensures that applications processes are conducted in line with corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation

• Acts as liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and contractors on matters relating to computer systems as required

• Defines metrics and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems being developed

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
