Position Specific Description
The Interconnection Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining the interconnection design criteria for the Distributed Generation Mobility/EV Charging team. They will work closely with the Interconnection SME for Solar and Battery with some cross functional opportunities to work with both groups and technologies. This person will need to understand utility requirements and track changing requirements across the country in different utility regions. To be successful one must show a mastery of power distribution fundamentals, be able to teach and train other engineers, have a strong urge to solve problems, continuously learn, and present ideas clearly and concisely to management and external project stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive engineering programs and activities
Manages one or more programs of complex diversity and scope which are of critical importance to overall company objectives
Acts as a subject matter expert
