Position Specific Description

EverBright is seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. As an Inside Sales Account Representative you will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, onboarding new prospective channel partners, conducting training and software demos, and growing the account to become a successful EverBright partner.

Job Overview

The Inside Sales Account Representative will be the first point of contact for EverBright customer prospects, and be the primary point of contact for the partner to drive revenue for our business. This role will engage in outbound sales outreach, onboard new prospects, promote the use of EverBright products by our partners, help them to resolve issues throughout a project lifecycle, and be an important player in helping the sales team achieve their quota. The ideal candidate must be highly engaging and professional, be a positive, team player, have a high degree of sales acumen and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

· Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent EverBright in a professional, informative, and engaging manner

· Schedule calls and demos with prospects

· Drives our channel partners to meet or exceed business goals Delivers training and effective coaching to our channel partners

· Monitors progression on sales pipelines, troubleshoots issues, intervenes and drives results through influencing dealer behaviors

· Collaborates with the sales and account management team and internal, cross-functional parties in support of partner success

· Determine suitability of prospects for various EverBright products & services through strategic conversations

· Hit and exceed set quotas and work in a fast-paced environment

· Support on the messaging and the development of marketing content to drive inbound and outbound sales

· Participate in special projects that drives revenue generation as needed within the sales organization

· Perform other job related duties

Required Qualifications

· Ability to use sound judgment and effective sales techniques to cross sell on value-add products and services

· Ability to use sound judgment and follow appropriate criteria in the lead qualifying process

· Ability to collaborate, present and sell at all levels of an organization up to C-Suite

· Ability to use sound judgment and effective sales techniques to manage existing accounts as well as cross sell on value-add products and services

· Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills

· A high level of energy, motivation, initiative, commitment, and professionalism

· Excellent time management and discipline to handle many leads each day

· Excellent telephone and general customer service skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

· 2-4+ years of sales, business development, customer-facing roles or similar experience

· A proven track record in working in a target-driven environment; previous experience carrying a sales quota

· Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business. Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

· Willingness to travel throughout territory with occasional travel to Everbright’s headquarters in FL

· A high degree of empathy toward customers and a strong desire to ensure high customer satisfaction

· Ability to learn new technology and procedures

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

· Previous experience in the solar and/or renewable energy industry

· Previous experience with B2B softwar

Job Overview

This job is responsible for managing a designated territory and identifying and developing opportunities to sell energy products and services to large commercial, industrial, national and public sector customer segments. Employees in this role manage the on-going business relationship with assigned customer base by maintaining regular contact, promoting incremental products and services, resolving customer issues and renewing expiring contracts. This position is also responsible for implementing new plans and managing existing accounts to ensure retention and growth targets are achieved.
