Position Specific Description

We are looking for aSalesforce Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about communication, change management, product management and digital sales tools. As anintern, you will have the opportunity to learn the CRM platform, agile workflow, develop training materials and videos, and communicate to business units on releases and new features related to NEER’s customer relationship platform, Salesforce. You will be part of a growing product team who is dedicated to user engagement, customer experience, and business strategy executed through digital solutions.

Your goal will be to help the team communicate the health of the NEER CRM platform, drive key insights, grow user adoption and make recommendations to improve technology and KPI’s. The candidate is a strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to solve challenging and complex problems, and should have experience with communications and digital tools; Salesforce experience is a plus. You will use analysis, writing, project management, and process improvements, to drive usage and training of the platform. In particular, seeking candidates with great communication skills, Agile processes, training/ change management, PowerPoint and digital skills. As a key member of our product team, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with passionate leadership and the ability to make an impact enterprise-wide.

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists department with assigned projects

  • Completes challenging projects and assignments

  • Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship

  • Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school grad / GED

  • Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program

  • Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
