Position Specific Description

This position focuses on the day-to-day support of SAP Master Data requests and maintenance. Most frequently, a large portion of this role will be devoted to creating, maintaining, and navigating changes in our Development Project cost structures. Providing day-to-day request support for Developers and AP and working closely with FCOE and Master Data. This individual must have a strong customer mindset, be independently action oriented, ability to handle large workloads and have strong follow through. Employees in this role will liaison and manage the changes between NEER Development systems and changes to SAP. Overall, this position is responsible for day-to-day support of the SAP system while also maintaining the integrity of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. This position may work on job related projects including testing or any other needed assignment.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day to day support: Takes actions to troubleshoot and resolve Master Data requests timely and decisively for all assigned areas of Development, AP, including S4.

  • Processes creation of new Utility Scale project cost structures

  • Processes WBS Changes of existing Utility Scale project cost structures

  • Maintains NEER Development Master Data standard templates

  • Partners with FCOE, Master Data and other business professionals to troubleshoot and resolve related issues

  • Partners with team members for continuous process improvements and enhancements.

  • Navigates and maintains data between multiple systems.

  • Supporting financial reporting and related processes with a focus on project & financial data

  • Creating and maintaining process flow charts and KPI’s

  • Ad-hoc Business Requests for information

Preferred personal characteristics:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, 3+ years of relevant experience.
