Position Specific Description
An employee filling this role will help to develop and implement certain back-office processes to optimize NextEra Energy Resources (NEER’s) early-stage development activities. The role entails the strategic identification of new processes which will bring efficiency to early-stage tracking, recording, and reporting and ii) comprehensive formalization of early-stage compliance requirements - items of increasing importance as the NEER Development business continues to scale. The team will work closely with teams cross-functionally, including Origination, Accounting, Operations, and Legal. The ideal candidate has an unwavering positive attitude, is a self-starter, excels in an ever-changing environment, remains diplomatic under pressure and is an overall team player willing to tackle any task required to accomplish the team’s objectives.
