Position Specific Description

FPL Development Program Management Team!

You will work for the largest electric utility in the country serving as system, business, and document management support to the team of Program Managers responsible for Developing & Managing our EV Chargers, Small Scale Solar, and Pilot Programs. This is a progressive role that offers opportunity for career growth.

Daily activities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word, One Note, SAP, or similar applications to track and report on key indicators and team initiatives

  • Accurately process vendor invoices and report to stakeholders any abnormalities or vendor follow-up actions

  • Assist in expense report and presentation creation for trainings, initiatives, action plans, and management

  • Enter, collect, track, manage, and complete data deliverables to support Document Management initiatives

  • Create purchase order requests and process change orders. Collect purchase order support documentation for compliance processes

  • Schedule meetings, travel, food for team as well as keep meeting notes

  • Other daily tasks required by the team to maintain overall group organization, data deliverables, and team readiness

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have Associates Degree in Business or similar field

  • Capable of data and financial analysis

  • Mechanical awareness and/or interest in renewable power industry technology

  • Strong interest in career growth towards Project Management
