  • Perform activities relating to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating or supporting existing and planned IT products and processes under the general direction of more experienced personnel. Expand and apply knowledge of customer process to job activities. Work under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.


  • As directed, perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes and/or enhance, maintain or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements.

  • Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge.

  • Organize own activities for short term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status.

  • Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training.

  • Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilize best practices to improve products and services.



  • Typically 0-2 years’ experience in Desktop Operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.

  • Experience with Windows registry.

  • Experience with programming and/or scripting languages.

  • Knowledge of security principles and the securing of Windows 10.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy concepts.

  • Experience troubleshooting desktop related issues including software and hardware issues.

  • Some experience working with e-mail software and Office 365, and Office 2016 Click to Run a plus.

  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or modified schedule for planned or emergency work.

  • Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting desktop related issues including software and hardware issues

  • Must have good oral and written communications skills, excellent organizational and teamwork skills, and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.


  • Perform this service in support of Desktop Operations.

  • Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
