JEA Mgr Identity & Access Management in Jacksonville, Florida

Manage a team of Identity Access Management (IAM) professionals responsible for the implementation and support of tools which provision and manage identities across a complex technical environment. Assist with the development of IAM processes and the implementation of new IAM platforms to ensure continuity during transition and improved processes during iterative deployments. Identify areas of improvement and help develop staff to ensure continuous improvement. Direct the IAM team in the evaluation, development, implementation, communication, operation, monitoring and maintenance of security policies and procedures that promote a secure and uninterrupted operation of all IT systems. Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data during its entire lifecycle. * Acts as subject matter expert for the administration of all electronic and digital identities for any individuals requiring logical access into a JEA application, device, group, and/or role. * Manages the creation, development, and implementation of all policies and procedures for governing the JEA IAM program and ensures continuous compliance with all applicable standards and requirements. * Manages the establishment of controls and monitoring programs to ensure continuous compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting, participating in, or leading periodic audits. * Determines information security requirements that are or may become applicable to the organization (e.g. NERC, Sarbanes-Oxley, EPA, FISMA, FACTA, HIPAA, etc.). * Organizes and facilitates the audit documentation preparation and submittal effort (e.g. NERC, HIPAA, PCI, etc.). * Plans, organizes, trains, coaches, directs and evaluates the performance of assigned staff, establishing performance requirements and personal development targets aligned with the JEA Scorecard and Strategic Initiatives, monitoring performance, and providing direction for performance improvement and development. * Manages ticket queues and identifies trends to implement operational improvements. * Manages the implementation and operationalization of new IAM platforms; responsible for collaborating with Technology Services and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure proper User Acceptance testing of new IAM solutions. * Manages the integration of IAM requirements and policies in all applicable Technology Services and PMO projects; partners with stakeholders to create development estimates, and delivery plans. * Leads applications onboarding with Identity Governance & Lifecycle tool; serves as key stakeholder in system administration and maintenance efforts. * Manages the development, production, and operations of the JEA Security Awareness and outreach programs, including: establishment and institution of communications and educational media (computer-based training, classroom courses, posters, newsletters, etc.); promotion for all security awareness campaigns; and preparing performance reports and communicating system status. * Provides leadership and example in meeting JEA’s safety and wellness goals. * Performs other duties as required.

_Education_: Bachelors degree in computer science, business or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
AND
*Experience*: Five (5) years successful experience in information security. Experience must include at least two (2) years of managerial or supervisory responsibilities.

Nine (9) year combination of education, training, and experience.
