Become a Senior Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll be part of the Professional Services Support & Integration (PSSI), Project Management Team responsible for managing projects to support the readiness of Customer Service Operations Division (CSOD), in partnership with Customer Programs & Service, Business Customer Division and other key stakeholders. You will manage projects focused on CSOD Operational Improvements (including data analytics & technology), Strategic/Compliance Mandates and Continuous Improvement Initiatives. These projects align directly with SCE’s goals focused on improving customer experience, improving performance through project delivery, and driving the adoption of electrification.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • Develop Project scope, schedule, budget including business requirements development, system integration and testing.

  • Track project risks, issues, etc. and communicate to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with key business partners across CSOD – CCC/RSO, CP&S, BCD, IT and other organizations.


The essentials

  • Ten or more years of project management experience.

  • Experience working with SAP systems (C4C, S4 HANA).

The preferred

  • Project Management Certification

  • Working knowledge of SCE rates/tariffs, products and programs.

  • Experience with CCC/RSO business operational processes.

You should know

  • This position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
