Sr. Analyst – FP&A

The FP&A team plays an important role by providing business transparency and financial insights to the senior leadership team. This is a newly formed group within the US SBU that will implement budget controls across the US. We are recruiting a Sr. Analyst with fund management experience to help develop and improve tools and processes that will enhance the Cost Management function within the US SBU.

Principal Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial dashboards for senior management reflecting actual results, and comparisons to forecasts / budgets for the US SBU

• Lead monthly financial reviews with cost center owners

• Prepare, develop, and lead fund management/budget training & best practices at business sites

• Implement control measures at cost-center level with target of standardization and scale

• Support Capex IMPS process

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders, internal, and external customers, etc. to achieve business results

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

• Proven ability in Financial Analysis and Budgeting with SAP/Fund Management background

• Advanced technical skills with FP&A planning & finance data tools

• Strong Microsoft Excel modeling skills

• Ability to interact and communicate optimally with senior management and peers

• Ability to influence decisions

• Quick learner, detail oriented, and strong sense of ownership

• Ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
