Our Modern Workplace Senior System Engineer would ideally be located near an AES office; however, we will consider other locations as this position can work from home, office, or a combination. AES is a Fortune 500 global power company that operates on four continents.

What you’ll do

As a key player in our Digital Workplace Experience team, you will define and deliver technologies that support end user computing services within AES. This includes device management systems, end user hardware, printers, and more. You will be responsible for endpoint configuration management for PCs, tablets, and phones. You will also collaborate with other digital team members and users to diagnose performance and service-related issues. Additionally, you will work with the AES Cyber Security teams to remediate client-side vulnerabilities and audit findings on client-side devices.

Who you are

You are a tech-savvy professional with a bachelor's degree (Information Technology / Computer Science/Engineering) or equivalent with relevant work experience. You have 3+ years of technical experience and an excellent working knowledge of Autopilot system deployments, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune, Application packaging and deployment, Windows 10/11 including Active Directory, Group Policy, Users, Security Groups, SQL Reporting, PowerShell, or other scripting languages, Microsoft Graph, Apple and Android enterprise device management, and troubleshooting Azure AD device enrollment and compliance issues.
