USIC Finance Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description:

Location: 100% on-site, this is not a remote position. 9045 River Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240.

Position Summary

The Manager, Commercial Finance reports to the Director, Commercial Finance. The role will partner closely with the Sales organization to develop customer profitability reviews, analyze new business opportunities, and improve management reporting around revenue and price. The successful candidate will build strong business partnerships with the sales team and create financial models to enable fact-based decision making. This role is instrumental to achieving the company’s objectives around organic growth and EBITDA accretion.


  • Partner with the sales team to develop pricing and customer profitability models

  • Develop pricing strategies and scenarios in support of customer contract negotiations

  • Analyze new business opportunities to drive fact-based decision making

  • Refine and develop regular reporting of key financial and commercial metrics

  • Track results and partner with sales leadership and HR to enhance sales compensation programs


  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

  • 5+ years relevant experience in finance or related field

  • Collaborative nature that thrives in interfacing with multi-faceted teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and successfully prioritize to deliver results in the face of competing business interests

  • Strong drive for results and continuous improvement

  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
