As the Sr Representative WO Process , you will perform work order mangement lead duties for work order creation, completion and records functional areas, in the ESD module of SAP to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain and operate the company’s gas delivery system. Analyze and correct exceptions produced in the ESD module of SAP. Support TFO Superviors with the daily work management activities…

Specifically, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for departmental and interdepartmental escalated issues and uses good judgment in taking action or notifying supervision.

  • Coache and provide subject matter expert guidance to business process representatives.

  • Review work of other business process representatives to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Monitor work assignments and balances distribution in order to ensure that daily work is completed.

  • Communicate and verify compliance with process changes.

  • Coordinate with Supervisors and QA's to assist with various leadership and administrative duties, may assist with training activity.

  • Proactively identify and address training or knowledge gaps and opportunites for process improvements.

  • Provide training and guidance to new employees

  • Serve on special projects and teams.

Basic Qualifications:


Requires a high school education or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling and punctuation.


Requires a minimum of five years (5) of experience in one or more of the following areas: utility operations; SAP/ESD; work order processing, in which three (3) of those five years must have demonstrated the skills of a Representative, WO Process with the demonstrated ability to perform in a leadership role.

Working Conditions:

  • Able to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office or in a virtual environment across regional boundaries. .

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with a high volume of workload and frequent, short deadlines including working nights, holidays and/or weekends to meet established deadlines and to support emergency situations.

  • Willing to travel for various functions, meetings and other company related commitments and stay overnight as required.

  • Able to be “on call” and respond accordingly in the event of emergency situations.

  • May be required to remain in the service area during emergency events and assume responsibilities assigned by the company to aide in restoration efforts.

Job Location: Houston, TX.
