Position Specific Description
Employees in this role lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and technical resources to effectively
construct projects meeting all margin, compliance, and construction schedule objectives. This position
interfaces with customers to finalize the design, develop and meet all construction schedules and timelines, and adhere to all company, client, and government regulations. individuals oversee a team responsible for maintaining existing equipment per contract as well as a team responsible for directly installing equipment when the company chooses to self-perform portions of projects.
Job Description:
Verify fabrication and delivery schedules
Inspect all delivered equipment
Participate in all HAZOPS and Safety meeting
Manages construction for Renewable Natural Gas facilities
Provides technical input to the engineering team during the development process
Works cross-functionally with the procurement, sales, legal, risk management, engineering, and accounting groups
Assist in all permitting efforts
Negotiates agreements and manages all onsite subcontractors
Oversees selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects
Works with senior leadership to develop long-term plans for the organization around growth and development of construction capacity
Determines appropriate revenue recognition measures, ensures timely and accurate reporting of project costs, and monitors payables for project
Initiate and validate all change of scopes
Ensure all drawings are up to date
Oversee the commission process
Ensure all equipment has operating procedures
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s - Engineering
Experience: 10+ years
Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
