Position Specific Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endur Agile Delivery Manager. As the Endur Agile Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Endur trading and risk management system. You will collaborate with the system integrator responsible for implementing the latest version of Endur, and various other internal teams to ensure effective implementation of the system. After go-live, you will also manage system upgrades, and provide ongoing support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy trading and risk management, along with excellent technical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the functional and technical aspects of the Endur implementation for Nextera, including configuration, customizations and integrations, and ongoing support of the Endur trading and risk management system.
• Collaborate with the SI and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, design solutions, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Manage system upgrades and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in energy trading and risk management systems.
• Lead a team of Endur functional analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in implementing and supporting the Endur trading and risk management system.
• Strong knowledge of energy trading and risk management processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Endur modules, including deal capture, scheduling, position management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis and system customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts.
• Experience in implementing or supporting Endur for Power and Gas commodities is required, while experience with Oil, Renewables and IR Swaps is also desired.

Contributes in Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network
Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams
Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives
Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives
Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation
Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget
Plays an instrumental role in the organization’s Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
