The teams’ purpose is to continuously improve outages across Gas Transmission & Midstream (GTM) by improving customer communication, providing outage governance, facilitating alignment amongst internal departments, and providing stewardship for system reliability and system maximization by using data and business knowledge to make optimal decisions.

What you will do:
Work with regional outage coordinators and team members to ensure work plans are kept current, new work is planned and communicated, missing data provided and risks to plans are identified and mitigated or raised early.
Collaborate with the team to identify, define, develop, test, and continuously improve outage management tools and reporting (PowerBI and Excel), ensuring that processes drive effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of high quality results.
Develop templates and manage team SharePoint site ensuring everyone knows how and where to store their how-to documentation.
Advocate that safe, reliable, efficient, profitable, and prudent Asset Operations remain the core function of team and serve as an active member of the Commercial Outage Management Team promoting group’s effectiveness and development with a commitment to always providing Best Advice.
Facilitate reviews of outage plans’ risks & changes within the plans with a view to providing management reports on progress against plan, per region and on overall outage execution progress.
Who you are:
Related university degree and four‐plus years’ experience OR six‐plus years of previous experience, or equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Self-motivated, delivery oriented, team player that can work independently, manage their time and work priorities to meet required deadlines.
Ability to organize and visualize complex information and write concise documents and correspondence to various audiences.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the flexibility to adapt to frequent shifts in priorities.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
