Position Specific Description

  • Develop and maintain financial models in Excel, including forecasting and valuation models

  • Work closely with front-line sales staff and potential counterparties to understand needs and develop product structures to meet those needs

  • Coordinates efforts between several different groups within the organization and integrate their information into strategic analysis

  • Support sales initiatives and goals

  • Research regulatory and reporting frameworks, and propose structures and solutions

  • Assists in the preparation of presentations to support approval of proposed transactions and obtain transaction approvals on a timely basis

  • Ad hoc executive analysis as required

  • Ability to work on matrixed team in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Understanding of excel and basics of analytical and financial modeling

  • Good communication skills interpersonal as well as the ability to create presentations

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates economic models and performs financial analysis to support the development and evaluation of complex transactions and deal structures

  • Serves as a problem-solver with a risk management mentality by identifying the needs of counterparties and devising innovative ways to meet those needs

  • Supports the origination team by providing time-critical analysis for new, incremental and existing business opportunities

  • Collects, analyzes, and presents data to communicate complex concepts in conversations and presentations with senior management, external client organizations, and project partners

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
