We are looking for an exceptionally talented Talent Management Analyst to join our team! In this exciting role you will be accountable for providing program coordination and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of a wide variety of Talent Management programs and initiatives.

What you will do
Manages logistical planning with external and internal facilitators to support the full delivery cycle of our operational suite of TM programs.
Provides expertise in the design and administration of various team/program SharePoint sites.
Creates and administers program master schedules and process documentation to support the execution and logistical planning of various TM programs.
Analyzes and interprets data, prepares reports and synthesizes information to inform processes and further build on programs.
Organizes and maintains Enbridge’s e-wide intranet site with TM program and process related information, QRGs and other related documents.
Analyzes processes and recommends efficiencies and process improvements.
Creates program communication templates and materials.
Maintains strong working knowledge of Workday Learning or other related learning management systems to appropriately promote, register, mark completions and track participants learning paths.
As part of the Tier 3 model of HR support, provides timely customer service in handling client inquiries on behalf of TM (i.e. global inboxes, MyHR, adhoc emails).
Provides project management support on new initiatives such as identifying deliverables, creating communication templates, and providing research analysis.
Supports the administration of TM contracts and timely processing of invoices.
Opens in-person courses and ensures vendors are set up for success in their facilitation. Arranges set up of venues including catering and AV equipment.
Collects, modifies and ensures curriculum materials are ready for distribution and sent out in a timely fashion to participants.
Who you are
University degree in Human Resources, or Business Management or a related field. Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered
5 or more years of senior level administrator experience
Advanced experience with SharePoint and MS Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Knowledge of Workday Learning and Oracle preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and agility to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excels and enjoys working in different portfolios, where routine is not the norm
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Uses sound judgment and initiative to effectively communicate with team members and internal & external vendors
Ability to make suggestions to streamline and provide continuous process improvements
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as working with diverse workforce and styles
Strong problem solving skills including the ability to proactively address day-to-day issues and challenges
Ability to work flexible hours when required (early arrival on event days for set up and late finish required for wrap up)
Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills required as working relationships will be virtual in nature

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
