As the HR Technology Analyst , you will Coordinate HRIT projects, including gathering requirements and writing specifications, process flows and other documentation, developing training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders such as business users, Information Technology (IT) and/or HR.

Specifically, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain data integrity for HR master data in system of record (SAP).

  • System administration of Oracle Fusion HCM cloud-based applications such as Performance and Goal Management, Workforce Compensation and Succession Planning including configurations, upgrades and enhancing end user experience.

  • Support Visier’s cloud-based Workforce Analytics product; modify pre-built dashboards and create new dashboards. Assist clients in discovery and problem-solving activities via insights provided through data correlation analysis.

  • Recognize opportunities to improve processes and make recommendations to meet organizational needs.

  • Serve as liaison between HR and IT staff on projects for HR or requiring HR support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements, specifications writing, conducting analysis, documentation, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers.

Preferred Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications and creating/working with dashboards and analytics is preferred.

  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MS Access as well as SAP Master Data, MS Office and Outlook preferred.
