Essential Functions:

The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the recruiting process. In providing support to this team, the Coordinator will interact with applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

  • Provides support to the Talent Acquisition area. Will prepare reports, provide customer service, data entry, and resume screening, interview coordination to internal and external candidates.

  • Research and communicate with schools local to the job divisions

  • Assist with Career fairs – scheduling, marketing, attending, pre/post job fair assignments

  • Assist with recruiting of and translating for bilingual candidates

  • Assist with team expense reports, travel arrangements,

  • Conducts internet research on diversity resources

  • Collaborate with the team to company recruiting initiatives

  • Assist with sourcing and Applicant Stack

  • Review on-line ads for continuity

  • Assist HR as needed

  • Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting team.

  • Responsible for continuous communication with HR Onboarding team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires

  • Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events

  • Will create job postings on job boards.

  • Other Recruiting or HR-related projects as assigned

  • Responds to general candidate inquiries about open positions.

  • Coordinates and schedules telephone, and in-person interviews for Hiring Managers, Human Resources Team, and candidates; making alternate plans when necessary.

  • Conducts pre-screenings and/or phone interviews as needed.

  • Provides status updates to candidates and Hiring Managers as needed.

  • Assists with coordination and preparation of recruitment events, career fairs, and college recruiting efforts.

  • Assists with maintaining talent acquisition reports and the integrity of the applicant tracking system.

  • Coordinates the internal posting process for positions.


  • Bilingual (Spanish)

  • Experience supporting multiple recruiters or teams

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Professional and expert communication and organizational skills

  • Occasional travel

  • Ability and willingness to learn and grow with the team. We would like to grow this person to a Jr. Recruiter.

  • Experience in a talent acquisition function is strongly preferred


Required: Associates degree in related discipline and 1 year of Human Resources experience; or 3 to 5 years administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent Bilingual (Spanish)


Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing duties, effectively multi-tasking and managing interruptions. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Detail oriented. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong ability to create relationships with all candidates (internal and external) as well as hiring managers.

Preferred: Understanding of recruiting procedures, ATS systems, Human Resources or other related field



Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to strong computer skills.
