Wisconsin Public Service, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group is seeking a Work Methods & Development Consultant (Assoc, Sr) for our Training Center, in Green Bay WI.

Job Duties:

• Line Electrician technical training, safety, progression, tools and work methods.

• A technical resource for WPS and We Energies on line electrician related issues.

• Prioritizes training to meet the customer’s needs, business goals, efficient use of resources, including tools, materials and equipment.

• Coordinate resources for major storm restoration.

• Coordinate use of Pool vehicles and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Work Methods and Development Consultant:

A Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2-3 yrs. experience in operations with ability to develop and document and deliver adult learning programs.

Experience:

• Entry Level with some relevant experience.

• Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.

• Experience working with project management methodology beneficial.

• Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).

• Dedicates required time and energy to overcome obstacles to completing tasks and assignments.

• Seeks and uses feedback and other sources of information to identify appropriate areas for learning.

• Understanding of basic adult learning concepts and practices beneficial.

Work Methods and Development Consultant:

In lieu of operations experience, a degree is required and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in teaching/training.

Experience:

• 2-3 years Operations or relevant experience.

• Ability to perform responsibilities identified in Associate Work Methods and Development Consultant Position.

Senior Work Methods and Development Consultant:

In lieu of Operations experience - degree required and minimum of 5 yrs. experience in teaching/training.

Experience:

• 5 years Operations or relevant experience.

• Working knowledge of adult learning practices.

• Needs analysis to identify issues, problems and opportunities with client to identify the appropriate course of action.

• Demonstrated people and change leadership capability.

• Ability to perform responsibilities identified in Associate Work Methods and Development Consultant Position and Work Methods and Development Consultant Position.

Principal Work Methods and Development Consultant

In lieu of Operations experience - degree required and minimum of 5 yrs. experience in teaching/training.

Experience:

• 7 years Operations or relevant experience.

• Ability to perform responsibilities identified in Associate Work Methods and Development Consultant Position (pay grade 4) and Work Methods and Development Consultant Position (pay grade 5) and Senior Work Methods and Development Consultant Position (pay grade 6).

Successful candidate will be slotted according to relevant experience, skills, and abilities.
