Responsible for analyzing complex business situations and deriving multiple human-computer interaction design approaches for visual, auditory and other interface solutions. Responsible for human-computer interaction design development, integration and support of custom and third party solutions.Works with IT staff in cooperation with our business partners to optimize the use of existing human-computer interaction design technology and concepts as well as introduce new technology and concepts. Has a detailed insight of the varying needs of most of our business partners, customers, investors and public groups and with no guidance achieves highly adopted interfaces for these groups based on usability, personalization, attraction, retention, and performance. Maintains and demonstrates a detailed insight of the technical environments supporting data and functional components, recommending tools and techniques.Primary Responsibilities include:• Daily support and maintenance of our websites• Development and delivery of bi-monthly and ad-hoc customer e-Newsletters• Proactively monitor and improve user experience of websites and self-service applications• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that meet business requirements• Participate in website releases including acceptance testing, bug reporting, etc.• Collaborate with, and coach other team members on the latest web technologies• Provide website technical support and special project supportThis position is part of a job family (Associate User Experience Analyst/User Experience Analyst/Senior), and experience is the determining factor.
