About this Role

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person to be an integral part of our company. This is a high volume position which requires someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • OQ Program Management: You’ll be responsible for overseeing our Operator Qualifications program. This includes ensuring that all employees meet OQ requirements, maintaining records, and coordinating training.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurate record-keeping is essential. You’ll maintain OQ records, track certifications, and generate reports as needed.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with field supervisors, project managers, and HR to ensure seamless integration of OQ requirements into our operations.

  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate OQ training sessions, both initial and ongoing. Communicate training schedules to relevant teams.

  • Compliance Audits: Prepare for and participate in OQ audits conducted by regulatory agencies or clients.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry standards, changes in regulations, and best practices related to OQ.

What You'll Bring


  • Experience: Previous experience in OQ administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Attention to Detail: OQ compliance requires precision. You’ll need to manage certifications, deadlines, and documentation accurately.

  • Communication Skills: Clear communication is essential when coordinating training and interacting with employees.

  • Organizational Skills: Juggling multiple tasks and deadlines is part of the role.

  • Familiarity with OQ Regulations: Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) and PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) regulations is a plus.
