Position Specific Description

Everyday our employees help us deliver safe, affordable, and reliable service to our more than 4.9 million customers. They are helping shape our company and how our customers see us. One of the Shadow Coach role will be located at Port Everglades Energy Center located in Fort Lauderdale. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

This position is a developmental role for future growth opportunities within our Power Generation Division Operations & Maintenance Team. Upon determination and timing and under general direction, this individual shall be able to successfully supervise and drive the operations & maintenance team to achieve all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site.

Preferring attributes include:

Job Overview

Employees in this role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
