As a Civil Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple large sized projects that are approximately $100M or greater. After completion of successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the job, with a special emphasis on safety performance. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated goal oriented, organized, and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions. The anticipated salary range is: $112,000 - $154,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5-7 years of civil construction experience
Experience managing Army Corp of Engineer projects
Proficient in scheduling, estimating and project controls software (Primavera, HCSS, B2W, and MS Project)
Demonstration of previous successful management of project(s) of up to $100M
Currently have or can obtain PMP Certification (desired)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
Travel required. Must have the ability to commit to long term onsite projects. National travel, no relocation required
