Review and preparation of work order packages for internal SCE and external contractor construction crews
Directly manage and maintain project status reports to ensure timely and accurate updates are made. This includes monitoring scheduled start dates, completion dates, major milestones, and other pertinent project information
Provide process improvement recommendations to the Regional Scheduling Supervisor (RSS) to ensure adherence to established timelines, compliance, and overall data accuracy
Monitor annual purchase order values and submit requests to replenish funds as necessary
Extract, compare, and analyze data from various internal source systems to identify reporting inconsistencies and address data gaps
Act as a key resource to the Regional Planning and Performance Manager (RPPM) to assist in the development of high-level presentations presented to executive management
Conduct ad-hoc and regularly scheduled reporting and analysis within area of responsibility in support of on-going company operations or in response to changing business strategies
Qualifications
The essentials
Three or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel performing advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering/sorting, charts, and graphs
Three or more years of experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions on complex data/information, and making recommendations.
The preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Two or more years of experience working in an analyst/specialist position
Knowledge of SCE specific programs, such as Design Manager (DM), Click Schedule, and SAP.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Customer focused with ability to understand and appropriately respond to project managers and clients’ business needs.
Experience creating presentations using spreadsheets and PowerPoint tools to communicate data and analysis.
Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines.
Experience working across disciplines and effectively engaging various levels of internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

This position’s work mode is *hybrid. * The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
