The Proposal and Qualifications Specialist is responsible for coordinating and submitting proposal and qualification packages, ensure they are completed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This position will work closely with executives, Project Managers, Estimators, and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content and maintain department databases. It is essential to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical for success is the ability to handle multiple projects at once while working within tight deadlines and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    What it takes:

  • Associate’s degree, 0-3 years related experience/training with proposal development, or equivalent combination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Valid drivers license
