Job Summary

Regen is making an impact on our environment by recycling wind blades. This is your opportunity to be a part of the solution in the wind energy industry!

We are looking for a Production Operator involved in the operation of production machinery and the skillful use of forklifts to contribute to the manufacturing process. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production operations, ensuring the safe movement of materials, and supporting overall manufacturing objectives.

What you will do

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure that product is processed and packaged correctly and in a timely manner

• Collect and interpret data that drive equipment adjustments to improve and optimize production output

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate production activities

• Perform routine cleaning of equipment, infrastructure, grounds, and other assigned areas

• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks

• Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and products

• Assist in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities

• Align machines and equipment using proper tools.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma Required

Required Experience

• 5 years in an industrial manufacturing setting including experience with and around heavy machinery and bulk material handling equipment.

• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills

• Ability to safely use a variety of tools

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an industrial setting on a manufacturing/processing line

• Working knowledge of conveyors, belts, motors, and dust collection systems.

Other Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
