Job Summary

Primary responsibilities include indexing invoices in Kofax and processing invoice exceptions received in Coupa such as PO match problem invoices; Monitoring Coupa to ensure they are being worked and emptied on a regular basis by all the staff; scanning invoices into Kofax.

Essential Functions

  • Process invoice exceptions received in Coupa such as PO match problem invoices.

  • Scans paper vendor invoices received in Kofax (indexing).

  • Performs general office tasks and prepare payables for processing.

  • Monitors invoice backlog in Coupa to ensure timely payment processing.

  • Responds to inquiries (phone calls, e-mails, walk-up) from vendors and internal SBU clients.

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

  • Supports developments of AP Initiatives for routine processes.

Education Description

  • Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience in processing invoices or an accounting organization.
