What you will be doing
Working within an agile team environment
Working with IT and business clients to define the scope and objectives for projects
Documenting formal business and technical requirements
Providing thought-leadership for process improvements
Developing code and/or configuration of the software in accordance with defined user stories
Develop frameworks and automate test cases utilizing tools and technologies such as UFT, OATS and VBSCRIPT
Help create/maintain service virtualization with tools such as DevTest (LISA)
Execute manual and/or automated scripts, evaluate results and create defects when necessary
Leading in preparing and maintaining test plans manual, automated or continuous integration
What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
2 years of relevant IT experience
Demonstrated ability with a programming language such as C#, Java, SQL, VBScript
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Knowledge and skills in application development, configuration, and support
Added bonus if you have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
1 year(s) of demonstrated experience with continuous improvement (CI) techniques
Have 1 year(s) automating test cases and frameworks with systems like OATS or UFT
Experience with design, construction, and creation of software applications with capabilities around solving usability problems, supplying updates and patches for bugs and security holes
Experience with process design and project management
Experience integrating systems
Testing and troubleshooting experience
Experience with maintenance and management of applications for quality and security
