The Supervisor will lead the Facilities Integrity Piping Regional Program Managers in the delivery of the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) based integrity programs for Liquids Pipelines Facilities (Terminals and Pump Stations) across Canada and U.S.

What you will do:
Ensuring timely and effective Facilities Integrity Piping incident response.
Proven leadership in application of characteristics of Safety Culture and alignment with LP Ambition to improve talent, drive value, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Financial budgeting, forecasting and management for the FI Piping programs, including variance reporting to results. Facilitate development of and lead Annual and Long-Range Plan as well as applying fiscal policies (Capital, Operating and others as the need arises).
Handle contracts with Vendors, including Master Engineering Services and other agreement.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registered as a Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with APEGA is required.
10 or more years of progressive experience including leadership responsibilities.
Strategic and technical leadership, coaching and mentorship to achieve proficiencies, focus and driving results through engagement and influence.
Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with peers, management, internal/external partners vendors and service providers.
Self-motivated, independent and responsible with a strong work ethic and initiative.
Office based role.
May include extended working hours or responding after-hours and weekends. Potential to have on-call duties to support the Manager, Facilities Integrity Piping.
