What you will do:
Lead the end-to-end implementation and sustainment of technology solutions for integrating multiple complex application datasets to consolidate and automate manual long-range planning processes. This includes managing interdependencies across Projects and broader Enbridge teams to align data requirements and transforms.
Lead Projects’ analytics modernization initiatives to ensure that requirements and outcomes align with Projects’ long-term strategy using emerging tools. Manage other resources, both internal and external, to integrate into team environments while minimizing new technical debt.
Develop complex business intelligence reports with standard methodologies and craft new technologies.
Craft training content to develop expertise in reporting, data analysis, and other relevant topics.
Support Projects in meeting customer needs by monitoring portfolio performance through research and data organization.
Who you are:
University degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in engineering, business analysis, computer science, information management, or another related field.
For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3 years of related experience is required. Note a combination of formal education, certification, and experience will be considered.
Advanced proficiency in the standard MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Expert proficiency in MS Power BI, data modeling, and statistical modeling techniques.
Demonstrable expertise in summarizing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets in meaningful ways.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and an ability to think conceptually.
Skilled in project coordination, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization. Capable of managing multiple tasks and addressing workload challenges proactively.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Up to 10% travel.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
