Enbridge is looking for an outstanding Senior Innovation Execution Advisor who will be accountable for delivering business outcomes and value through data and system initiatives. What You Will Do:

  • Lead the delivery of LP data and systems products and initiatives, ensuring that projects meet both business and technical needs.

  • Establish and manage business value and success metrics associated with data system products and projects.

  • Lead the development of business cases for data and systems opportunities, including cost-benefit analyses, customer alignment, and value validation.

  • Provide key input into the LP data and systems capability and execution roadmaps.

  • Facilitate the collection, rationalization, and prioritization of business needs and requirements with senior collaborators.

  • Seek, define, and lead process and organizational improvements and innovations.

  • Recognized as a well-versed business representative by understanding processes, data, and ways of working.

  • Provide leadership by coaching and mentoring other staff, including Senior Advisors, and offering expertise in innovation and data governance.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and processes with Technology and Information Services (TIS) groups and services.

  • Collaborate with a team of data and systems supervisors, engineers, advisors, data professionals, and extended external vendors and consultants.

Who you are:

  • Related university degree (ideally Engineering or Computer Science) and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.

  • Self-motivated for success and building strong partnerships with all stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of data systems operations, performance/value measures, and data governance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience

  • Project management, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to solve complex problems across tech data, and systems/products through structured thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Demonstrated ability to build out and implement complex strategies.

  • Knowledge of Liquids Pipelines system and operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Occasional travel within North America, typically not more than 10% of the time. Valid passport is required.
