This position is accountable for the development, standardization, harmonization, and interpretation of enterprise wide required OCM Strategy to support the Enterprise Asset Management Program's short, medium and long term vision, including stakeholder analyses, change readiness and change impact assessments. This role is crafted to support the transformation as well as lead a team of OCM analysts to achieve the annual plans.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop OCM strategy including partner analysis, change readiness and change impact assessment.

  • In connection with the Enterprise Asset Management Program (EAMP) Manager, develop and implement partner engagement and communications plan.

  • In alignment with the EAMP Manager, develop and implement training plan.

  • Develop and implement sustainment plan for training, communication decks and other required artifacts.

  • Transparently work with EAM Director, EAMP Manager and other OCM resources to ensure alignment.

  • Submit required OCM reporting to EAM Leadership team.

  • Flag and monitor business unit OCM risks and work with leads to plan and execute mitigation whenever possible. Raise OCM risks/issues to EAM Leadership team.

  • Accountable to maintain transformational risk register.

  • Organizational change expertise (strategic and tactical).

  • Knowledge of standard methodologies from area of expertise (communication, training, leadership mentor).

  • Ability to influence, engage and encourage others.

  • Relationship building and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to commit to results.

  • Customer service approach.

  • Knowledge of Agile fundamentals.

  • Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace, handling contending priorities, often while working independently.


  • Preference will be given to applicants with multi-disciplinary experience.

  • Strong ability/desire to demonstrate leadership and take initiative.

  • Proficient knowledge of SharePoint, ELink, and Team sites.

  • Understanding of process and content design methodologies.

  • Agile experience.

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment with limited scheduled travel to various field locations in North America.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be expected to attend one field visit annually.

  • Some travel, up to 25% is required within this role
