We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed HR Data Integrity Analyst to join our diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the Workday system and to audit for data quality purposes. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure that our data is clean, accurate, and reliable, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Please note that this is a Temporary Fixed-term position for 10 months.
What you will do:
Maintain master/foundation values in Workday such as Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations, Pension values, etc.
Provide functional support for HCM business processes and core configuration within Workday. These configurations consist of updating or adding to additional structures. These include Supervisory Organizations, job profile, locations and maintenance requests.
Provide functional support to Payroll on Workday tax configurations.
Maintain communication configurations in dashboards and announcements.
Lead and implement case management tickets including configuration and testing changes in the Workday system.
Create Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for upload into Payroll.
Audit the worker data in Workday requiring you to work closely with different areas within Human Resources to have the data fixed.
Who You Are
Required:
Bachelor of HR Degree or related university degree.
2-4 years of previous HR working experience.
Experience working in and with Workday.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinker, resourceful and highly results oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong computing skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work optimally with a wide range of partners.
Well-developed prioritization and time management skills.
Solid attention to detail with a proven high degree of accuracy.
Ability to adapt to new technologies, methods, and practices.
Preferred:
Experience working in Customer Relationship Management systems like Neocase would be an asset.
Experience with a Record retention database such as eRecords would be an asset.
Experience working within a large diverse organization.
Experience working in and with SAP is ideal.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
