What You Will Do:
Act as the subject matter expert and administrator for Maximo/MAS, handling configuration, workflows, security, automation scripts, and reporting.
Work closely with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
Support integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP (Finance and Supply Chain) and Copperleaf.
Design, test, and deploy system enhancements and new features in line with operational needs.
Provide second- and third-level support for Maximo and related systems, including field mobility platforms.
Lead or participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end users and support teams.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
Who You Are:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis.
Exposure to Maximo or other asset management tools.
Basic understanding of asset/work management concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of field mobility platforms (e.g., Maximo Mobile, Salesforce Field Services).
Exposure to Oracle ERP (Finance/Supply Chain) or Copperleaf.
Experience with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance.
Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools (e.g., BIRT).
ITIL awareness or certification.

Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Included but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
