Our Division manager manages the administrative activities associated with Customer Operations for our Eastern Massachusetts territory. You will focus on improved efficiencies in process and technology, while maintaining a high level of internal and external customer support.

Essential Functions

  • Manages and directs safe, reliable, and efficient area operations.
  • Manages department budgets.
  • Fosters compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and with Company policies and procedures.
  • Manages supervision for accurate, timely, and efficient data entry for area work center departments.
  • Interacts with customers, community officials and the public at large.
  • Serves on-call and during emergency restoration.
  • Coordinates training for skills development and enhancement.
  • Champion of safe work practices and procedures.
  • Champions organizational and cultural change.
  • Achieves and influences results, including improved efficiencies, through others both those internal and external to the reporting unit.
  • Manages environmental compliance in the assigned area.
  • Maximizes the efficiency and productivity of the work force.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent is required

Experience :

  • Ten (10) plus years of related experience

  • Broad electrical distribution and customer electric service experience background required
