Job Overview

This job is responsible for providing a variety of services to inbound and outbound callers through the application of knowledge of our organization, its services and products.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision:

• Processes a variety of customer transactions in accordance with established guidelines and procedures

• Confirms customer understanding of the solution and provides additional customer education as needed

• Prepares, completes and updates customer files

• Communicates effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests

• Offers customer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification

• Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

• Refers customers to sales for upsell opportunities

• Maintains broad knowledge of client products and services for superior customer service

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
