Summary: Under general supervision, performs a variety of administrative and general office duties for the Customer Service teams requiring the exercise of independent judgment.

Essential Functions: this position is responsible for the following tasks, duties and responsibilities:

  • Entering customer purchase orders and forecasts into Axapta.

  • Verify orders, and gather shipping information per customer requests.

  • Update pricing on orders.

  • Verify daily shipments.

  • Supports the Sales Department in performing various administrative duties.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High School Diploma

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and is detailed oriented.

  • Ability to work with minimum direction, but will understand the importance of clear and effective communication with whom this position interacts.

  • Must be able to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions.

  • Functional competency in Microsoft Office.
