Expected salary range of $153,000 to $170,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Develop strategy and execute plans and manage resources, financials, scope, risk and services within one or more functional areas of Information Technology to deliver business results. Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients. Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy. Develop, manage, and evaluate complex programs/initiatives involving multiple projects at a time within and between functional areas of Information Technology. Operates independently with little or no supervision.

  • Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements and help set direction for programs of work which include more than one embedded project.

  • Make judicious decisions in familiar and new situations and contribute to strategic program decisions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive roadmaps and program plans, cross-functionally defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Oversee/manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex large programs and various projects. Manage risks and issues.

  • Determine appropriate methods and processes to follow based on complexity and risk level of program.

  • Drive effective teamwork, transparent communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

  • Program responsibilities up to $30 million.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and plan scope, schedule, resources, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project/program management standards. Establish requirements, milestones; anticipate, document and mitigate risks and issues.

  • Direct development and lead teams on strategic IT initiatives, projects, and programs. Lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and/or quality assurance. Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic high profile, complex organizational projects and programs.

  • Operate utilizing standard processes as defined within the Management Model. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures.

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners. Communicate status and change impacts to key stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis, escalate risks and issues as appropriate. Ensure change management plans are in place and oversee execution of change management plans.

  • Provide coaching/ mentorship for IT personnel. Participate in career development and recognition activities. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Lead a small team of contractors and employees as needed.

  • Maintain current business knowledge/acumen and industry trends, including technology solutions and program management capabilities to deliver business results. Apply to programs of work as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline and at least 8 to 10 years' experience in area of technical specialty; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • PMP certification required

  • Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in area of specialty

  • Experience leading and managing IT projects with sub-teams and knowledge of IT program management

  • Experience leading and managing technical personnel

  • Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability

  • Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business leadership and with vendors

  • Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, & PowerPoint), and relevant specialized business applications to support business needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading large-scale programs and projects

  • Experience in Digital/AI program/project delivery

  • Graduate degree in IT, Business or related discipline

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and process improvement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and ServiceNow

  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to create value with advanced problem solving, financial/analytical, performance management, negotiation, and conflict management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team. Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, meet critical deadlines, communicate effectively, and foster culture of change

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies supporting technology

  • Experience managing large-scale programs and projects spanning multiple technical teams
