American Transmission Company Facilities Assistant in De Pere, Wisconsin

Summary of Responsibilities:

Do you have a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to provide a welcoming and professional environment for ATC employees, visitors, guests and service providers.

Essential Responsibilities:

You’ll use your exceptional customer service skills to greet all visitors entering an ATC facility, including registering and badging visitors in accordance with established building access and security procedures. You’ll also handle and route incoming phone calls, coordinate mail services, order and deliver supplies and complete special assignments for other departments. This is a role where every day is different and you will be an important part of demonstrating ATC’s award-winning culture to those who visit our offices.

This position will work less than 20 hours per week in a varied schedule. This role will work out of our De Pere office, but may be asked to provide coverage at one of our other offices.

If you have experience in a professional office environment with the ability to apply sound judgement, tact and diplomacy and have strong communications skills, bring your positive energy to ATC!
