Participate and/or lead in the use and development of moderately complex analytical tools to support regulatory planning and regulatory filings.
Support AES Ohio case initiatives, including but not limited to, development of testimony, responding to discovery requests, responding to audits, and participating in witness preparation.
Prepare graphic illustrations to present data quickly and in a comprehensive manner to executive leadership.
Prepare reports, special studies, and ad-hoc analyses as may be requested from time to time.
Stay current with developments in regulatory proceedings and Commission decisions of other utility companies.
Carries out projects and data analysis
Analytical problem-solving skills including researching data and preparing and presenting analyses
Project management skills including developing, maintaining, and analyzing project work schedules
Excellent communications both written and verbal including coordinating and consulting with internal stakeholders to develop actionable regulatory planning and filing recommendations
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Suite, Excel and Access
Self -starter and capable of functioning with minimum supervision
Four-year college degree (or equivalent).
