As the Senior Manager of Security Systems and Application Support, your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of security control system technicians, designing, and implementing security controls and policies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing security systems and applications. In this role, you will collaborate with other functional groups and provide technical leadership and guidance to your team. You will be responsible for designing, installing, and integrating security systems equipment, such as Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance systems. This includes working on various aspects, from technology research to system design and layout, overseeing construction and implementation, and maintenance and upgrades throughout the system's lifespan.
Senior Manager, Security Systems and Application Support is expected to:
Have an in-depth knowledge of security technology, be innovative, highly organized, and have a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
Lead and coach a team of security professionals to provide high-quality solutions and services to internal customers.
Manage routine maintenance and the remediation of defects using digital ticketing and maintenance management system applications such as SAP and Prometheus.
Adhering to Physical Security Standards and Programs
Communicate, delegate, and provide feedback effectively.
Delegate tasks and deadlines and monitor and coach team performance.
Assess training needs and learning opportunities for the team.
Oversee and participate in security projects, from design to implementation and operation.
Prepare technical analysis, reports, cost estimates, and contract documents.
Research, design, and advocate new security technologies and products.
Conduct physical security risk assessments and design security solutions to meet the requirements of internal customers.
Deploy and integrate physical security hardware and software products into the existing environment.
Manage the budget and resources for assigned project(s) and adjust as needed.
Be flexible to travel domestically at least 50% of the time.
Be able to climb steps and ladders, work at heights, and carry weight within manual handling limits.
Be available to work extended hours and respond to emergency requirements during off-duty hours.
Prioritize tasks effectively and work across organizational boundaries.
