Under general or limited supervision position the Team Leader, Billing and Revenue Support is responsible and accountable for:

Responsibilities:

• Managing 3rd party service providers

• Processing and posting customer payments

• Adhering to regulatory guidelines

• Executing revenue controls

• Administering low-income assistance programs and payments.

• Provides leadership, coaching, counseling, advising, and teaching to direct reports and others through day-to-day contact.

• Directs, monitors, and evaluates performance of direct reports within the reporting organization

• Internal and External Audits

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates Degree (or equivalent) 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite.

• Experience with billing, payment processing, and collections practices, technologies, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• Ability to solve complex problems and use sound business judgment.

• Strong communicator both oral and written with solid inter-personal, training and computer skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others as well as operate at times with a minimum of supervision.

• Experience with inbound Call Center and related technologies.

• Experience in a regulated utility or other regulated work environment.

• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs

• Supervisoryexperience in a union environment
