MasTec Utility Service's activities include the installation, maintenance and upgrade of communication and utility infrastructure, including but not limited to: communications, electrical and natural gas distribution infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a Mechanic to join our dynamic team.
General Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
Repair and inspect company equipment in a safe, timely
cost effective and practical manner.
Must have basic diesel, gas and small engine understanding.
Ability to do tune-up, brake jobs (hydraulic), basic wiring.
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
Ability to do engine work, hydraulic work, cylinder replacing.
Should have basic drive train experience.
Must have a valid Class A Driver's license and a clean driving record.
Should have basic welding skills and be able to use a cutting torch.
Must know minor heavy equipment repairs.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
