A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • Manage, maintain, and oversee credit and collections related policies and procedures.

  • Lead/facilitate cross-functional meetings and/or projects related to credit and collection policies, procedures, projects, and other activities.

  • Provide technical and analytical support.

  • Guide and direct individuals through the detailed and time-consuming processes that are involved with complex or escalated issues and finding resolutions.

  • Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders on ad hoc and routine basis to ensure alignment and understanding of any changes or impacts to credit and collections activities.

  • Provide support to regulatory and legal partners on any mandates, issues, inquiries, etc. involving credit and collections.

Qualifications

The essentials

  • Seven or more years of experience interpreting analytical results to provide recommendations/solutions.

  • Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with credit and collections policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.

  • Ability to analyze and use data to understand operational performance and resolve corrective actions.

  • Ability to successfully navigate ambiguous or uncertain situations, work well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
