Purpose

Provides day-to day Leadership Support, Strategy Implementation, and Business Unit/Project Support for the Operations team to ensure positive operations and organizational goals are achieved.

This is achieved by strengthening the internal business processes, providing timely data and information to support business decisions, effectively supporting process improvements, and providing individualized support for the Operations Department.

Accountabilities

• This position will provide strategic reporting,, analysis, and oversite for Regulated Departments in Operations.

• Develop presentations as needed for various projects and requests in support of Operations.

• Facilitate meetings, including presentation materials, as necessary.

• Support/Lead special projects and serve on various committees as requested

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various team members, support functions, and other key/stakeholders in support of the Operations Organization

Education and Experience

University - Bachelor degree or equivalent

5+ years of experience
