Project Manager

The Project Manager works with all aspects of the Operations group to compile, analyze, and report project cost and schedule to the Operations team. Typical tasks will range in volume and complexity.

Position responsibilities may include:

  • Manage Project One Calls

  • Subcontractor Scheduling

  • Material Ordering

  • Project Permitting

  • Create Daily Field Reports

  • Read & Interpret Design Drawings

  • Provide support in the management of project budget and cost control functions including budgeting, change management, estimating, forecasting, scheduling and earned value management

  • Assisting in the implementation of project controls

  • Willingness to visit project sites and attend off site meetings with customers

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance or on a team when necessary

  • Ability to compile, analyze, and report project cost and schedule to the project team

    What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience

  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License

  • Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check

  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching

  • Excellent computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
